Ruby Love is ingenious! I wish this company had been around when I was younger! The variety of items is wonderful, and the First Period Kit really makes the young girls feel excited and ready.

I purchased the first period kit to put away for my daughter. Immediately upon receiving the kit I realized the panties would be too big. I reached out to customer service and they provided prescriptive directions on exchanging. I had a replacement very quickly! I'm excited to have this kit ready for my daughter when she needs it.

I bought one of the bathing suits and loooved it. I couldn't believe I was at the beach on the second day of my period without a tampon, cup, sponge or anything up my V ???????? I felt free and very comfortable.

I've used their underwear for about five periods now. I ordered the 4-pack based on my flow at the time. Since then I've had some changes in my period (from outside factors, changing prescriptions) and bled through only once, but then have gotten back onto a "normal" schedule. I'm considering getting additional pairs, but don't think another 4-pack is necessary.

Leaks, Stains, and Worried
I recently purchased 6 pair of period underwear totaling ~$150 (Feb 2021). It guaranteed no leaks, stains, or worries. I wore my newly purchased period panties for the very first time and I started leaking. I only had it on for 4 hours and honestly this was worst than wearing a pad. It took me back to my childhood horrors when I first started my period. I am not for sure if the technology changed but it was not what the website projected. I was hoping I could recommend the product to my friends and family, but unfortunately I will have to give it a bad review. I looked up Ruby love's review after my bad experience and it would have helped me save money. This company will obviously go out of business because instead of trying to improve the product, it continues to be subpar. Do NOT purchase. Complete waste of money.

I ordered the Classic Swim Bottom for all of my daughters and they take it with on any trip where we know that they will be swimming, just in case. It makes being prepared a whole lot easier.

Bought for my daughter, she loved her Ruby box for beginners. I will definitely be purchasing more for her use. They are stylish and she says are comfortable. Need to purchase heavy flow ones. I wish one pair of heavy flow came in the Ruby Love box. Other than that, great ????????

Wish I had read these reviews before spending nearly $200 on products that do not work. I’ve been using another brand (Modibodi) for a year without fail. They are looking tired so I purchased new underwear and swimwear. I’ve used them this month for first time along with a menstrual mean cup. On night 4 I didn’t wear a cup and after 3 hours I leaked right through the middle of ‘absorbent’ (note not the sides, just the middle) part and have stained my sheets. Now I have Zero confidence in the swim wear. I’ve contacted them but judging from what I have read here, I won’t be getting my money back. The no returns policy should have been the alarm bells I needed. Lesson learned.
Update - After numerous emails back and forth, there is NO issue with sizing. Ruby love offered to exchange unused items as long as they have not been washed. I wash everything before I wear it and even if I didn’t, I’d only be able to send back items that may or may not be faulty. At 37 years of age, I know my cycle and how things fit. Their responses have been nothing short of insulting. I will avoid this business at all costs.

As both a THINX and RLOVE user I love how the RLOVE's fit under my clothing. The cut I use by both for my athletic activities are similiar byt the RL's are alot smoother, look less bulky under my team uniform, and the seams are not as visible. Sometimes they can feel a bit bulky, but nothing that annoys me throughout the day. I also like the pricing for the bundles in the RL line.

My daughter loves her swim bottoms. She is younger and doesn’t like tampons so this was a great solution for her. The price is a little higher than I would like and that’s the only reason this isn’t a 5 star rating.
